We understand that finding a reliable contractor can be challenging. Especially if you’re not familiar with the construction world. With years of experience in the Dutch building industry, we’ve built a strong network of trusted professionals.
This allows us to recommend the right contractor for each project. Our goal is to make the process clear, transparent, and easy to follow from start to finish.
Our process
When you submit a request to find a contractor for your renovation or construction project in the Netherlands, we first check whether it meets the basic conditions for our network. If it does, we’ll get in touch to understand your plans, timeline, and the kind of contractor you’re looking for.
We then match you with one or more trusted contractors who are a good fit. Before we introduce them, we confirm they have availability and relevant experience. The contractor(s) will visit your home for an initial meeting and review the project details. Based on that, you’ll receive a non-binding quote.
You’ll have time to review the offer and ask questions. If you choose to move forward, the contractor carries out the work as agreed. And if you need further support, we’re here to help. Our contractor matching service is 100% free and non-binding. You pay nothing to use our platform.
Who we help
We’d love to help everyone planning a renovation, but due to the high demand for contractors in the Netherlands, we have to be selective. That’s why your project must meet a few basic conditions before we can connect you with one of our trusted contractors.

Drawings and/or structural calculations
Architectural drawings or structural calculations have been prepared for your renovation project.
Minimum budget
Your renovation budget should be at least €50.000.
(Roof terraces are excluded from this requirement.)
